4 days standard — pickup or delivery 2 days before, return within 24h after. extensions available for destination events.
2–4 weeks before your event is comfortable. during prom & debut season (march–may), give us 1–2 months. custom gowns need 6–8 weeks from first sketch.
light pinning, hemming, and bust adjustments are included. structural changes (re-cutting, adding sleeves) move it into our custom-make tier.
yes — within metro manila by courier, nationwide by ground/air, and worldwide via dhl. we insure every parcel.
breathe. light stains, makeup, and floor dust are covered. a small repair fee applies for structural damage; we'll always tell you upfront.
never — strictly by appointment. our atelier is small and private. dm to book a window.
every size is welcome. standard 0–18 in most pieces, extended sizing on select gowns — and made-to-measure handles everything else, cut to your exact measurements.
